Suitable for men and
women of all ages, and from teenage upwards. Classes
consist of physical movements (asanas) which stretch
and strengthen the body far beyond that which is experienced
in everyday life, giving a very high level of physical
fitness and health. Good breathing is taught as basic,
with further special breathing techniques introduced
regularly. Concentration, relaxation, and meditation
also form part of each yoga class.
